It is submitted that Mr. Kedar Nath Tripathy, Advocate for the Sole Respondent has not filed the counter affidavit in Civil appeal No. 5277 of 2016 so far.

It is further submitted that certificate of service in respect of the sole Respondent from the Appellate Tribunal is still awaited in Civil Appeal No. 5278 of 2016 so far.

The matter above-mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
