It is submitted that Mr. Yusuf Khan, Advocate who appeared before the Ld. Registrar Court on 12th January, 2016, has not filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of respondent No. 2 / State of Sikkim though served with show cause notice to the said respondent No. 2 by registered A.D. Post.
