The Office Report was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 5th May, 2015 when the following order was passed:-

"Counter affidavit of respondent No.1 is already on record. The same is awaited for respondent No.2. Be filed within four weeks' time, as last opportunity."

It is submitted that M/s Aruputham Aruna & Co., Advocates for Respondent No.2 have not filed Counter Affidavit so far.

SLP(C) NO. 30629 OF 2014

The matter above-mentioned was isted before the Hon'ble Court on 10th November, 2014 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Delay Condoned. Notice. Tag with SLP (C) no. 18565 of 2014"

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to both the respondents on 25th November, 2014. Mr. Arjun Garg, Advocate/caveator for Respondent No. 1 has not filed Counter Affidavit so far.

It is submitted that M/s Arputham Aruna & Co. Advocates have filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No.2 on 28th January, 2015 but they have not filed Counter Affidavit so far.

SLP(C) NO. 14111 OF 2015

The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 1st May, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Delay condoned. Issue Notice. Learned counsel, on caveat, appears and accepts notice. Tag with C.A.Nos. 4289-4290 of 2013"

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to Respondent No. 1 through Mr. Gautam Narayan, Advocate/Caveator and Respondent No.2 through Registered A.D. Post on 28th May, 2015. Mr. Gautam Narayan, Advocate/Cavetor has not filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of Resondaent No.1 so far.

It is submitted that A.D. Card duly signed has been received back from Respondent No.2 but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No.2 so far.

It is further submitted that a copy of the show cause notice was also sent to M/s Aruputham Aruna & Co., Advocates (Standing Counsel for State of Sikkim) but they have not filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No.2/State of Sikkim, so far.

The Office Report is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court for orders. Dated this the 4th Day of August, 2015.
