It is submitted that respondent Nos. 1,2, and 4-6 are the Lrs. of deceased respondent No.3 and they may be requested to verify whether there are any other Lrs. of respondent No.3. Hence Ld.counsel for respondent Nos. 1,2,4 & 6 are directed to furnish the details of the Lrs. of deceased respondent No.3 and 5. The respondents have not filed counter affidavit in spite of last chance granted. List the matter on 17.04.2013.
