"Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1,2,3(a) to 3(d), 4 and 6 to file the counter affidavit.

Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the petitioners to comply with the terms of the order dated 27.10.2015 of this Court in respect of respondent Nos. 5(a) and 5(b).

List again on 5.2.2016."

It is submitted that Mr. Rabin Majumdar, counsel for the Petitioner has not filed requisite spare copies. Therefore, fresh show cause notice to Respondent No. 5 (a) & 5(b) could not be issued.

It is further submitted that there are six Respondents in the matter. Ms. Anjani Aiyagiri, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3(a) to 3 (d), 4 & 6 but no counter affidavit has been filed so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent 5(a) & 5(b).

The afore-said matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
