The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Registrar's Court on 27th October, 2015, when the the following Order was passed :-

"The respondent Nos.1,2,3(a) to 3(d), 4 & 6 shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.

Ld.counsel for the petitioners shall within a week's time file the spare copies of the petition, whereafter notice shall be issued to the unserved respondent Nos.5(a) and 5(b) with utmost dispatch.

List the matter again on 27.11.2015."

It is submitted that Mr. Rabin Majumdar, counsel for the Petitioner has not filed requisite spare copies. Therefore, fresh show cause notice to Respondent No. 5 (a) & 5(b) could not be issued.

It is submitted that there are six Respondents in the matter. Ms. Anjani Aiyagiri, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3(a) to

3 (d), 4 & 6 but no counter affidavit has been filed so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent 5(a) & 5(b).

The afore-said matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office

report.
