Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. $1,2,3(a)$ to $3(d)$ , 4 and 6 to file the counter affidavit.

Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the petitioners to comply with the terms of the order dated 27.10.2015 of this Court in respect of respondent Nos. 5(a) and $5(b)$ .
