The application for substitution to bring on record Lrs. of deceased Respondent Nos. 3 & 5 in the matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court (IN CHAMBER) on 23rd September, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order :-

"Applications for condonation of delay in filing substitution application and setting aside abatement are allowed. Applications for substitution to bring on record LRs. of deceased respondent no.3 and 5 are allowed. Amended cause title be filed accordingly. "

Accordingly, names of Lrs. of deceased Respondent Nos. 3 and 5 have been taken on record and cause title amended.

It is submitted that there are six Respondents in the matter. Ms. Anjani Aiyagiri, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3(a) to 3 (d), 4 & 6 but no counter affidavit has been filed so far.

It is also submitted that notice to unserved Respondent Nos. 5(a) and 5(b) (Legal representatives of deceased Respondent No. 5) are yet to be issued as the counsel has not filed requisite spare copies of the petition.

The afore-said matter is listed before the Registrar's Court with this office report. Dated this, the 26th day of October, 2015.
