"The learned counsel appearing for the respondents shall comply with the terms of the office report within a period of four weeks whereafter no further extension shall be provided.

The learned counsel for the petitioners shall file an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of the deceased respondents within a period of two weeks thereafter. List again on 13.11. 2014."

It is submitted that Mr. Rabin Majumdar, Counsel for the petitioners has not filed application for substitution to bring on record Lrs. of deceased Respondent No. 3 and 5 so far.

It is further submitted that Mrs. Anjani Aiyagari, Counsel for Respondent no. 1, 2, 4 and 6 has not filed counter affidavit so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 3 and 5.

The afore-said matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
