"The Learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1, 2 4 and 6 are present.

The Learned counsel for the appearing respondents seek and are given six weeks' time for filing the counter affidavit. The learned counsel for the appearing respondents shall provide the details of the death of the Respondent Nos. 3 and 5 alongwith the death certificates to the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of two weeks whereafter he shall file an application to bring on record their legal representatives.

List again on 27.8.2014."

It is submitted that Mr. Rabin Majumdar, Counsel for the petitioners has not filed application for substitution to bring on record Lrs. of deceased Respondent No. 3 and 5 so far.

It is further submitted that Mrs. Anjani Aiyagari, Counsel for Respondent

no. 1, 2, 4 and 6 has not filed counter affidavit so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 3 and 5.

The afore-said matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
