It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Advocate on 02.03.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 20.05.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 746 of 1985 (O & M) barred by time by 562 days along with the applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP and taking additional document on record and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) CC No. 5891 of 2016 @ D. No. 8000 of 2016 Entitled State Of Haryana And Ors Versus Prem Nath Khanna And Ors as both are arising out of common Order.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 11.04.2016 filed the copy of award dated 06.01.1986 as per his undertaking letter dated 28.03.2016 and the same is included in the paper books. The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
