UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R We are told at the Bar that there a re several other batches of cases which involve a similar issue/point i.e. consequences of t he operation of an interim order restraining t he taking over of possession of land on t he Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by application of Section 24(2) of the Right to Fair NEETU KHAJURIA Date: 2016.07.13 11:32:04 IST Reason: Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 as arising in the present special leave petition. 2 We are also told that one such batch of cases pertain to the Delhi Development Authority. In the above circumstances, we request the

standing counsel of the Delhi Development Authority to interact with the Registry of this Court and file a list of the cases of the said authority on the basis of which Registry will make an endeavour to identify the connected cases and list them analogously after a period of six weeks.
