The Writ Petition above mentioned is filed on 16.04.2015 by Mr. Satya Mitra, Advocate for the Petitioner praying therein to:-

"(i) For a writ or Mandamus or any other nature, order or direction declaring the administrative instructions dated 30.06.2014, 14.10.2014 and 24.03.2015 (at page 16, 20 and 31) null and void being contrary to Section 10 of the National Food Security Act,etc."

In response to the defects raised by this registry's regarding the maintaibility of the petition and annexures are not in chronological order, Mr. Satya Mitra, Advocate for the petitioner has on 07.05.2015 given a letter. (Copy of letter dated 07.05.2015 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.)

It is next submitted that Mrs. Anil Katiyar, Advocate has on 20.07.2015 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respodent No. 1, Union of India - (Ministry of Consumer Affairs).

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Satya Mitra, Advocate for the petitioner has on 17.08.2015 filed affidavit alongwith Annexure–A without permission of the Hon'ble Court. However, the same stands included in the paper books.

The Writ Petition above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report for orders.
