"Learned counsel for the Union of India says that he will file a detailed affidavit along with the status report within two weeks.

Pursuant to aforesaid order, it is submitted that Mr. G. S. Makker, Advocate has on 06.04.2017 filed Additional Affidavit on behalf of Ministry of Women & Child Development (Respondent No. 3) in a separate volume and the paper books of the said affidavit is being circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The Writ Petition alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report for orders.
