Upon hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Having considered the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the rival parties with reference to prayer `A' in I.A.Nos.5-7 of 2015, we are satisfied that the same deserves to be rejected with the rider that the respondents shall provisionally be allowed to participate in the selection process.

I.As stand disposed of in the above terms.

The result of the selection process shall, however, be ject to the final outcome of the present appeals.
