It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter have been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 22.03.2017 of the High Court of Himachal Pradesh at Shimla in RSA Nos. 242, 243, 306 and 307 of 2008 alongwith application for exemption from filing certified copy of the Impugned Order (registered as I.A. Nos. 1-4) and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has also filed application for permission to file additional documents and exemption from filing official translation (registered as I.A. Nos. 5-8 and 9-12 of 2017) and the same are being circulated herewith.

The matters alongwith applications above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble court with this Office Report.
