UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
I.A. No. 59253 of 2023, application for intervention is allowed.
Mr. Vikas Singh, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has made reference in the short counter affidavit to certain documents produced in support of the claims of the petitioners but in the rejoinder affidavit, it has been averred that there are other documents which would establish that the petitioners were residing from a much earlier date.
Learned ASG, Mr. Sanjay Jain, will get definite instructions about the same and will be free to file additional counter affidavit, if need arises. Respondents are permitted to file additional documents.
