" Permission to file SLP is granted. Issue notice in the application for condonation of delay as well as in the special leave petition returnable within four weeks.
Dasti, in addition, is also permitted."
Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the 6 respondents through Regd. A.D. Post as well as through Dasti. Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 to 6 have been served through A.D./Dasti but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Mr. Gopal Signh, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No. 3, but no counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of Respondent No. 3 so far.
Service of show cause notice is complete.
The matter above mentioned was laslty listed before the Ld. Registrar on 11.02.2016, when the following order was passed:.
" Despite last opportunity having been granted, respondent No.3 has not filed counter affidavit. As such,
further opportunity is declined.
Nobody appears for the remaining respondents, despite due service.
As such, Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules."
