Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and having gone through these transfer petitions filed by the petitioners under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it fit and proper to transfer :

(1) WP (C)No.5581 OF 2017 titled M/s Rajasthan Cylinders and containers Ltd. vs. Union of India & Anr. pending before the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan Bench at Jaipur to High Court of Delhi at New Delhi.
