  • 1 This transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner–wife for transfer of Matrimonial Suit No 656 of 2021 titled "Dipak Das vs Jhuma Das" from the Court of the Additional District Judge(FTC), Kalyani, District Nadia, West Bengal to the Principal Judge, Family Court, South East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi.

  • 2 We have heard counsel for the parties.

  • 3 Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent states that the respondent has has no objection to the transfer of these proceedings.

  • 4 Having regard to the interests of justice, we are of the view that an order for the transfer of the proceedings is warranted. We accordingly allow the transfer petition and direct that Matrimonial Suit No 656 of 2021 titled "Dipak Das vs Jhuma Das" be transferred from the Court of the Additional District Judge(FTC), Kalyani, District Nadia, West Bengal to the Principal Judge, Family Court, South East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi.
