UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondent Nos.4,9,10,11,12,13,14 has already filed the counter affidavit on behalf of the respondent No.4. The learned counsel has stated that the other respondents adopt the counter affidavit filed by the respondent No.4. This is taken on record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks and is given one weeks time to file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of and the unserved respondents. List again on 27.11.2014.
