UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

IA Nos. 1-2/2014 have been filed on behalf of the respondents for vacating interim order dated 23.04.2014 as extended by the order dated 28.04.2014.
We have heard learned counsel for the parties.
Instead of staying the operation of the impugned judgment completely, we modify the order dated 23.04.2014 read with the order dated 28.04.2014 to the effect that the operation of the impugned judgment shall remain stayed only insofar as the petitioner - Dr. R. Nisarga is concerned.
IA Nos.1-2/2014 are disposed of.
Leave granted in SLPs.
