No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard learned counsel for the respondents. Delay condoned.
Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that out
of the 23 witnesses, 8 witnesses have been examined and examination of the remaining witnesses would be over shortly.
In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to pass any order in favour of the petitioner at this stage.
The Trial Court is directed to dispose of the matter within a period of four months from today.
The Special Leave Petitions are disposed of accordingly.
