It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that Mr. G. Ramakrishna Prasad, Advocate for the Respondent No. 1 has on 29th January, 2016 filed an application for early hearing of the appeals. The said application has been registered as I.A. Nos. 13-14/2015.

It is further submitted that there are three common respondents in both the appeals. Common Respondent no.1 is represented by Mr. G. Ramakrishna Prasad, Advocate. Common Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have been served with the notice but they have not entered appearance before this Court so far.

Service is complete.

In compliance of circulars dated 3 rd December, 2014 and 5 th December, 2014 original records have been sent back.

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the appearing parties have not filed statement of case and in terms of Registrar's Court order dated 24th March, 2015 statement of case is not required.

The applications for early hearing in the Appeals above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report for orders.
