1. Heard Mr. Jandyala Ravi Shankar, learned senior counsel appearing for the appellants (the defendants in the OS No. 80 of 1987). Also heard Mr. Byrapaneni Suyodhan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents (the plaintiffs in the OS No. 80 of 1987). In the other Suit i.e., OS No. 139 of 1990, the parties position interchange with each other.

2. The IA No. 235171 of 2024 is filed indicating that a compromise arrangement is reached between the litigating parties. A joint submission is accordingly made by both learned counsel that the matter(s) should be disposed of in light of the said memorandum of compromise dated 26.09.2024.

3. In the compromise memo, the paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 indicate how the properties are to be divided amongst the two contesting parties.

4. Having considered the above, the IA No. 235171 of 2024 is allowed and the matter(s) stand disposed of in light of memorandum of compromise dated 26.09.2024, which is made part of this Court's order. It is ordered accordingly.
