"Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the respondent No.1 and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to him within the same period. Service of notice is complete on the respondent No.2, but no one has entered appearance on his behalf.

List the matter again on 11.01.2016."

It is submitted that as directed above counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps for service of notice to Respondent No. 1 so far. He has also not filed affidavit of Dasti service for Respondent No. 1 in respect of Show cause notice already issued to him. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2 though served.

Service is not complete on Respondent No. 1 so far.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
