This SLP has been filed by Ms. Charu Mathur, Advocate on 10th April, 2012 against the Judgment and Order dated 10.02.2012 of the High Court of Orissa at Cuttack in Writ Petition No. 17516 of 2011.

It is submitted that at the time of registration of matter Advocate has given a letter of undertaking to file the copy of the order dated 6.5.2010 & 16.9.2010 required to be filed as additional documents at least one week prior to the date of publication of the final cause list but she has not filed the same so far. (copy of the letter of undertaking is included in the SLP paper books).

It is further submitted that Ms. Charu Mathur, Advocate has not filed the proof of serving SLP paper book to Mr. Aniruddha P. Mayee despite this Registry's letter dated 17.7.2013.

The default on the part of the counsel for the petitioner is, therefore, reported to the Hon'ble Judge in chambers with this officer report. Dated this the 20th day of May, 2013.
