The petitioner University is directed to declare the first semester examination (Dec.2010) results of the students of the first respondent college and permit them to take the second semester examination. It is made clear this permission will not create any equities in favour of the students and ultimately, if it is found that the permission of the Council is Architecture is required, their admissions are liable to be treated as null and void.
