The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29.01.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to serve such of the Respondents who have not entered appearance afresh, in the ordinary course as well as through dasti process returnable after four weeks."

It is submitted that in pursuance of Court's order quoted above, Show Cause Notice was issued on 06.02.2016 to all the 43 respondents except to respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 34 (who are being represented by the Advocates) by registered AD and dasti as well. Mr. Rupesh Kumar, Mr. Ankur Sood and Ms. Sushma Suri, Advocates have entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 34 respectively but have not filed counter affidavit. Mr. Irshad Ahmad, Advocate has on 02.03.2016 entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 35 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. M/s Aura & Co., Advocates for the petitioner has not filed affidavit of dasti service in respect of respondent Nos. 2, 433 and 36 so far.

Service is incomplete.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
