UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Respondent Nos. 1 and 34 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated in the order dated 16.7.2015 of the Hon'ble Court.

Four weeks time is given to the respondent Nos. 3 and 35 to file the counter affidavit.

Four weeks time is given to the learned counsel for the petitioners for filing the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to the respondent Nos. 2, 4 to 33 and 36.

List again on 3.5.2016.
