It is submitted that there are 43 respondents in the matter. Mr. Rupesh Kumar, Ankur Sood and Ms. Sushma Suri, Advocates have entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 34 respectively but they have not filed counter affidavit. Service is complete on respondent Nos. 8, 30, 39 and 40 through AD Cards but no one has entered appearance.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 14.05.2015 filed an affidavit of dasti service with proof after effecting service of notice on respondent Nos. 9, 16, 17, 24, 31, 32, 35, 38 and 38 but no one has entered appearance so far. It is also stated in affidavit that other respondents have refused to accept the notice.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
