"List the matter in the first week of July, 2015."

It is submitted that pursuant to Court's order dated 05.05.2015, Show Cause Notice was issued to respondent No. 1 through Mr. Rupesh Kumar, Advocate and respondent Nos. 2 to 43 by registerd A. D. post as well as through dasti. Ms. Sushma Suri, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 34 but she has not filed counter affidavit so far. A.D. Cards duly signed have been received in respect of respondent Nos. 3, 8, 30, 39 and 40 but no one has entered appearance.

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 14.05.2015 filed an affidavit of dasti service with proof after effecting service on respondent Nos. 9, 16, 17, 24, 31, 32, 35, 38 and 39. It is also stated in affidavit that other respondents have refused to accept the notice (Copy of affidavit of dasti service is enclosed herewith).

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble court with this office report.
