UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R
Permission to file the special leave petition is granted.
The interim order passed by the High Court is effective only
till the next date of hearing, which is fixed for 24.04.2023. As it is an interim order, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment and accordingly, the special leave petition is dismissed.
We, however, clarify that the parties will be entitled to raise all pleas and contentions before the High Court.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
