Despite due service on respondent nos.9, 25, 26, 28, 41, 52 and 53, there is no appearance.

Respondent no.17 has already filed counter affidavit.

Respondent nos.1 to 8, 10 to 13, 15 to 24, 27, 29 to 40, 42 to 51 adopted the same counter affidavit already filed by respondent no.17.

Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. counsel for petitioner, to take fresh steps to issue notice to respondent no.14.

List again on 08.04.2024.
