Service of notice is complete on respondent Nos. 3 and 4 no

one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Four weeks time is granted to respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 5 to 8 to file the counter affidavit. After expiry of four weeks, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court.

Service of notice is complete on respondent Nos. 3, 4 and 7 no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Four weeks time is granted to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to file the counter affidavit.

As per postal tracking report notice issued to respondent No. 5 has been received back with postal remarks "No such person". Hence, learned counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of two weeks file the fresh particulars of the said respondent and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to him within the same period.

Respondent No.6 has refused to accept the service of notice sent to him under registered cover. This refusal on his part constitutes deemed service.
