UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the Court made the following
O R D E R
re Not Verified (C) No. 10978-10979/2022 Four weeks time is given to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to file the counter affidavit.
In terms of Hon'ble Court's Order dated 14.7.2022, one week's
time is given to Ld. Counsel for petitioners to file spare copies of issuance of notice in respect of respondent Nos. 3 to 8.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel Mr. Anirudh Gotety appearing on behalf of Mr. Pritha Srikumar, Ld. AOR submits that petitioners in SLP(C Nos. 10763-10764/2022 are Respondents Nos. 5 to 8 in SLP(C) No. 10978-10979/2022. He seeks and is given four weeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 5 to 8.
In case the spare copies is not filed in respect of Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 within a period of one week, list the matter again before this Court on 10.11.2022 and in case the same is filed list the matter before this Court on 7.12.2022.

Four weeks time is given to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to file the counter affidavit.
Service of notice is complete on respondent Nos. 3, 4 and 7 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.
Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to respondent Nos. 5 and 6 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of one week.
In case the fresh steps not taken in respect of Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 within a period of one week, list the matter again before this Court on 10.11.2022 and in case the steps are taken list the matter before this Court on 7.12.2022.
