The Court convened through Video Conferencing.
NOS.192228/2019 IN C.A... DIARY NO.12263/2019 Fifteen (15) vehicles, as per the details of vehicles and chassis number filed by Ms. Nidhi Mohan Parashar, learned counsel, pursuant to this Court's order dated 06.03.2020, as they have already been purchased and are BS-IV compliant, as a one time measure they are ordered to be registered within ten days of lifting of lock-down in the city concerned, as the other variants i.e. Petrol/CNG are not available and the vehicles are for essential services. In future BS-VI compliant vehicles be purchased and no application be entertained in future for such kind of vehicles. As these vehicles have already been purchased, as such we allow their registration.
This application is, accordingly, disposed of.
I.A. NOS.193137/2019 & 193140/2019 IN C.A. NO.9783/2018
One vehicle bearing Chassis No.MC2T3LRCOJK012694 and Model No.Eicher/87506857, as it has already been purchased and is BS-IV compliant, as a one time measure it is ordered to be registered within ten days of lifting of lock-down in the city concerned, as the other variants i.e. Petrol/CNG are not available and the vehicle is for essential services. In future BS-VI compliant vehicles be purchased and no application be entertained in future for such kind of vehicles. As the vehicle has already been purchased, as such we allow its registration.
The application for intervention is allowed for the purpose of this application and these applications are, accordingly, disposed of.

In future BS-VI compliant vehicles be purchased and no application be entertained in future for such kind of vehicles. As the vehicle has already been purchased, as such we allow its registration.
