UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

While issuing notice, this Court had made it clear that in

case the respondents appear, the litigations can be given a quietus by way of a negotiated settlement.

The petitioner is directed to file a statement, within four weeks, as to what is the market rate available in the area and the rate at which they are prepared to offer for the land acquired from the respondents.

The respondents are also free to file their statements with regard to the value they expect to get in respect of the land. List on 09.11.2017.
