UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the Court made the following

O R D E R

A perusal of the office report would indicate that certain paras of affidavit filed by the petitioner, regarding the service of notice on the respondents in respective matters, have been reproduced but a specific opinion of the Branch has not been given regarding the status of service of those respondents. The office report is not complete regarding as to what is the effect of that affidavit, whether the service in terms of the affidavit is complete or not in terms of the rules applicable? Accordingly, the Branch is directed to make complete report specifically mentioning the status of respondents in respect of their service status.
