The matters above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court

on 12.08.2013 with an office report dated 08.08.2013 when the Court

was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay condoned. Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that no award has been passed in respect of 8 guntas of land, on which the petitioners are claiming right. Learned senior counsel also submitted that the petitioners are still in possession of the said property. In such circumstances, to ascertain the correct position, we are inclined to issue notice, returnable in three weeks. Parties are directed to maintain status quo, as it obtains today, for a period of one month."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to the respondent nos. 1-6 on 30.08.2013 through Regd. A.D. Post. Mr. Ankur S. Kulkarni, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 and Ms. Vaijayanthi Girish, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent no. 2 respectively but no Counter Affidavit filed. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back in respect of Respondent Nos. 3-6. Service is not complete.
