UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
- 1 Issue notice on the Special Leave Petition and on the prayer for interim relief, returnable on 25 September 2020.
- 2 Mr Gopal Shankar Narayan, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the caveators accepts notice.
- 3 The prayer for interim relief shall be considered after the caveators have an opportunity to file a response. The affidavit opposing the grant of interim relief shall be filed within a period of two weeks from today.
- 4 List the Special Leave Petition on 25 September 2020.
