In the meanwhile and until further orders, operation and effect of the impugned order dated 20.07.2021 as passed by the High Court of Orissa at Cuttack in Crl. Rev. No. 240 of 2020 shall remain stayed.
Signature Met Verified In the interest of justice, it is made clear that this stay TriteD<sup>17</sup>der shall essentially be operative in the manner that the impugned order shall not be of precedent in any other matter pending in the State. However, at the same time, it is also provided that further proceedings in Session Trial No.12 of 2019 shall not be taken forward and shall await further orders of this Court.
