It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 15 days in filing the Special Leave Petition filed against the Judgment and Order dated 19.01.2016 of the High Court of Bombay in Writ Petition No. 5677 of 2013 and the Special Leave Petition filed against the Judgment and Order dated 26.04.2016 of the High Court of Bombay in RP No. 44 of 2016 is within time.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) No. 16569 of 2013 referred to on Annexure P17 of the paperbooks at page Nos. 239241 was dismissed/disposed of by the Hon'ble Court on 30.04.2013.

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 10.05.2016 filed additional documents alongwith an application for permission to file additional documents which is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this report. Dated this the 29th day of April, 2016.
