It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 24 days in filing and 80 days in refiling the SLP against the Judgment and order dated 19.01.2016 of High Court of Bombay at Bombay in WP No. 986 of 2013 and the Special Leave Petition against the Judgment and order dated 26.04.2016 of High Court of Bombay at Bombay in RP No. 66 of 2016 in WP No. 986 of 2013 is within time.

It is further submitted that the Counsel for the Petitioner has filed a letter dated 29th August, 2016 stating therein that the order dated 14.06.2013 and 29.11.2013 are not necessary. (Copy of the Advocate's letter dated 29th August, 2016 is included in the SLP paper books at page No. 274).

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter is tagged with SLP(C) Nos....CC 1627216273 of 2016 as both are arising out of common order.
