It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 24 days in filing and 80 days in refiling the SLP against the Judgment and order dated 19.01.2016 of High Court of Bombay at Bombay in WP No. 12051 of 2012 and the Special Leave Petition against the Judgment and order dated 26.04.2016 of High Court of Bombay at Bombay RP No. 63 of 2016 in WP No. 12051 of 2012 is within time.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) Nos. 2570625707 of 2016 (Main SLP(C) Nos. 2569725698 of 2016) arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 26.08.2016 when the Court was pleased to direct issue notice and the same is pending before the Hon'ble Court. (Copy of the Order dated 26.08.2016 is enclosed herewith).

It is lastly submitted that SLP(C) No...CC 9762 of 2016 arising out of common order is pending and already listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14.09.2016 as Item No. 19 Before Court No. 12.
