The matter above mentioned has been filed on 20th April, 2015 against the final common Judgment and Order dated 25th July, 2014 passed by the Division Bench of High Court of Judicature at Madras in W.A. Nos. 1248,1251,1252,1254 and 1256 of 2012 which are barred by time by 177 days and Counsel for the Petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petitions.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition(Civil) Nos. 13941-13942 of 2015 @ Special Leave Petition (Civil) CC... No. 7352 of 2015 entitled "T.C. Paramasivam Versus Government of Tamil Nadu, Rep. By its Secretary & Ors." arising out of common order were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27th April, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to issue of notice. Copy of Record of Proceedings dated 27th April, 2015 is circulated herewith.

It is further submitted that Mr. R. Nedumaran, Counsel for the Petitioner has on 24th April, 2015 filed order dated 30th November, 2011 as additional documents in view of letter of undertaking dated 21st April, 2015 given by him. Copy of order dated 30th November, 2011 has already been included in the Special Leave Petition Paper Books.
