It is submitted that in this matter there are 8 respondents. Ms. Anubha Agrawal, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 3 and filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 2 on 17.10.2013. (Copy of the same has been included in the SLP Paper Books). M/s. Delhi Law Chamber, Advocate for the petitioner has on 25.09.2012 filed affidavit of service in respect of respondent nos. 4, 5, 7 to 8 with prood of service. A.D. card duly signed

have been received from respondent no. 6 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 27.03.2014 filed rejoinder affidavit on behalf of the petitioner to the short reply of Respondent No. 2 with permission to the Hon'ble Court The Copy of the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.
