Since notices have already been issued in matters arising from the impugned judgment, we direct listing of these appeals alongwith connected matters, being Civil Appeal Nos.496-497 of 2021 etc.
As the challenge to the judgment and order dated 12.03.2020 passed by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi has been pending for about one and half year, we direct listing of all the matters arising from said decision of the Tribunal on 04.10.2021 before the appropriate Court, after taking requisite directions from the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India.
