Ltd. vs. Union of India and Ors." and the order of this Court in SLP (C) No. 15692 of 2022, titled "State of Karnataka & Anr. v. Indocil Silicons Pvt. Ltd. & Anr". It is stated that SLP (C) No. 15692/2022 is tentatively shown in the list for hearing on 18.04.2023.
