UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Issue notice on the application for condonation of delay as well as on the special leave petitions.
Learned counsel appears on caveat, accepts notice in their respective petitions. Service of formal notice is dispensed with.
Having heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner(s) as also learned senior counsel for the caveators, we deem it appropriate that these petitions be tagged alongwith SLP (c) No. 15692 of 2022 and similar matters.
In the meantime, since rival contentions are being advanced with regard to the mining operations and since it is contended on behalf of the respondents in Dy.No. 20617/2023 and Dy. No. 20618/2023 the mining operation is in progress, at this stage

all that we need to clarify is that the status quo existing as on today be continued. Insofar as Dy. No. 15548/2023 since it is stated that certain proceedings are pending before the Competent Authority, there would be no impediment for the proceedings to continue. However, the effect of the said consideration would be taken note when this petition is ultimately heard.
List these petitions on the date to which SLP (c) No. 15692 of 2022 has been posted.
The objections, if any, to the petitions be filed in the meantime.
